事前に¥7,150のメニューをお願いしました。
18:00の予約で入店。店内数組のゲスト。
我々は2階の隅の席をお願いしてあります。
こちらもノーゲスト。
まずはシチリアビールからお願いします。
ひよこ豆の練ったの揚げたおつまみからスタートします。トロッとして熱々。
ここから白グラスワインに。2種類から選べます。
シチリアワイン。軽い。
ー前菜盛り合わせ。野菜のタルトはフランス的。
ーポルチーニの揚げたもの
風味薄し。ポレンタ粉かな？
ーここでコースにない名物いわしのフライ追加。
甘酸っぱいいわしちゃんのフライ。珍しい。
もうひとつの白ワイン追加です。微発泡。
ーマグロのカラスミのパスタ。
アルデンテより硬い麺。もう少し茹でたのが
好みだけど。
ーまたコースにない白レバーのクロストーニ追加。
ーイカ墨のリゾット。
雲丹のってるけど墨の味が勝って微妙な。
ー太刀魚のグリル
ペスト塗ってます。グリルだけど油っぽい。
ここで赤のグラスワインに変更です。
ー口直しのガリガリシャーベット。ベリー風味。
ー和牛のタリアータ
う〜ん。ミスマッチ的な。やっぱ赤身肉が合う。
ーナッツのアイスクリームと栗のティラミス風。
ーエスプレッソ
グラッパ。こちらも2種から選べます。
コースの品数多く、この価格。大丈夫か？
でも結局満席でした。
今日もいつも通りいっぱい飲み食いしてしまったのでした。
