本厚木にある小さな洋食屋。
開店時間前でもこの店の味を求めて行列が出来ている日が多い。
なかなかの人気店だ。
店内は縦長で広くはない。15名も入れば満席になる。
ランチメニューから注文した。
私はハンバーグステーキ＆ホタテフライ(¥900)で、連れは海老フライとハンバーグがつく半熟オムライスセット(¥1,300)
尚、ランチにはスープとドリンクがつく。
待っていると厨房のほうから聞こえるハンバーグを成形している心地いい打音。 その音に合わせて私の腹の音も鳴りっぱなしだ(笑)。
待つことしばし。
ワンプレートに盛られたハンバーグとホタテフライ、
そして横には千切りキャベツ。実に旨そうだ。
洋食屋ならではのドミグラスソースがかかったハンバーグは、それほど大きくはないが肉肉しくてなかなかのもの。ご飯に合うんだこれが。
で、フライがホタテフライってのも面白いが、こちらもカラッと揚がっていて美味しかった。
本厚木で洋食が食べたくなったら第一候補にあげてもいい名店だ。
