お昼に来店、8人ほどの行列に並び、寒空の中で15分ほど待った。
中華そばと味たまを注文
中華そばの麺は、歯切れのいい麺が口いっぱいに広がり、満足感を感じました。
スープには少しの甘みがあり、これが麺との絶妙なバランスを生み出していました。
全体として、麺とスープの相性が抜群であり、一杯食べる価値があると感じました。寒いなかでの行列待ちも苦にならないほどの美味しさでした。また機会があれば、ぜひ再訪したいお店です。
