久々に友人に会いに行ったのでクラフトビールが楽しめる店へ行ってみた。
ビール好きにとっての最大の魅力は20種類のクラフトビールであろう。
飲み比べセットもあるので、飲み比べでカンパ～イ♪
After dark、常陸野ネストホワイトエール、JAZZ BERRY をチョイス。
驚いたのが思っていたよりもグラスが大きいこと。結構飲みごたえもあり、これは嬉しい誤算。
そしてお通しはすごい量のポップコーン。これにも驚かされた。
国産牛とアボカドのユッケ。
低温調理した国産牛が食べれるって嬉しすぎる。アボカドとレアな肉の組み合わせって最高。
そしてシーザーサラダ。
いきなり、大きなチーズが登場。
えっ、チーズリゾットなんて注文してないけど？ なんて思ったら、これでシーザーサラダを仕上げるらしい。
目の前で仕上げると書いてあったからチーズを削るくらいだと思ってたけど、なんだか大がかり。
チーズの中に豪快に火をつけてファイヤー‼‼
炎でチーズを溶かし、サラダを入れて混ぜ混ぜ。
チーズが香ばしくて美味しいシーザーサラダに仕上がった。このパフォーマンスは盛り上がる。
ブイヤベースはちょっとアジアンな感じな味付けだったけど、これがまたツボる。
名物の骨付きもも肉の一本焼き。
こちらは目の前でハサミでチョキチョキと食べやすくカットしてくれた。
しっかりと味が付いているので、残ったタレと銀シャリを一緒に食べるのがオススメだ。
このもも肉もまたアジアンぽい味付けだった。
自家製のレモンサワーはレモンの果肉もたっぷり。これがまた美味しくついつい飲むピッチも上がる。
店内は大きなプロジェクターもあり、スポーツ観戦なども楽しめる。
また個室もいくつかあるので、用途によって使い分けができるのも良い。
