主に平日のお昼は、現場近くのお店をリサーチして辿り着いた場所をレビューしていることが多いです。
平日のお昼は休憩時間も限られているので、お店の混雑具合等も合わせてレビューしていけたらと思っています。
主に早い、安い、美味いを平日のお昼は評価の基準にしています。
休日は、両親、妻、妹、友人等と前から気になっていたお店に訪問することが多いです。
味はもちろん。お店の雰囲気等も休日訪問した際は基準にしています。
妻と一緒に訪問した際は、妻の評価(女性目線等)も挟んでレビューしていこうと思っています。
日曜の夜。近くに住んでいる友人がいるので本厚木駅近くにあるこちらのお店を訪問しました。
駅からも近く、個室完備されているのでゆっくりと食事が楽しめました。
スマホでQRコードを読み取ってスマホで注文できるのが楽でよかったです。
お通しでポップコーンがついてくるのでお酒のあてにもなり、ついつい手が伸びてしまいます。
お酒もクラフトビール、自家製のレモンサワーなど充実していて、
今回は自家製のレモンサワーを頼みました。
キリッとしたキレのあるレモンサワーではなく、女性でも飲みやすい甘めのレモンサワーなのがこちらのお店の料理とマッチしていました。

＊とろレバ 低温コンフィー
トロトロでおおぶりのレバーで、バケット、クラッカーに乗せて食べました。
レバーが好きな方にはオススメです。
＊こんがり長ネギグリル
野菜をなにか頼もうかとなったのでこちらを注文しました。
焼き目もしっかりついてコンガリ焼き上げられた長ネギだけですが、シンプルイズザベスト。 横にそえられてる塩、結構からめの味噌をつけて食べるのがよかったです。
＊スペイン産生ハム ハモンセラーノ瞬間燻製
店員さんが蓋をとってくれた瞬間、スモーキーな燻製の香りが鼻を抜けて香りから楽しめました。 生ハムもスモーキーな燻製の味と付け合わせのオリーブと相性抜群です。
＊自家製低温調理ローストビーフ
柔らかいローストビーフで、周りにかかっているソースが酸味のあるソースでローストビーフを引き立てていて美味しかったです。
＊4種のチーズパイピザ ハチミツ添え
チーズにハミチツをつけて食べるのが好きな方は食べるべき一品です。
普通のピザではなくパイピザになっているのがオリジナリティがあり、また頼みたくなります。
＊アメリカ産牛サガリの1本焼き
店員さんがカットしてくれましたが、分厚いお肉が1本できます。ボリュームもあり、お肉も柔らかく、メインで頼んで正解でした。
一緒についてくるタレも美味しくて最後パンに浸して食べてしまいました。
＊たっぷりシラスのガーリックスパゲッティ
店員さんがこれでもかとシラスを乗せてくれます。ニンニクの効いたスパゲッティとたっぷりのシラスでシンプルかつインパクトある味でした。
プライベート空間で、美味しいドリンクと料理を楽しめました。
友人、女子会、家族などシーンを選ばないの で使い勝手のいいお店なのでオススメです。
