本厚木駅北口から数分の場所にある『AGaRu』。居酒屋を名乗ってますが、クラフトビールが20種以上、肉料理のバリエーションも多くて、テンションもアガルお店です。
この日は本厚木をブラブラ。カフェ・鈴木で濃厚で強い珈琲を楽しんだ後、クラフトビールを飲もうとこちらにやって来ました。３階建ビルの３階で外から店の名前はすぐ見つかったのですが、入り口は？？
探すと建物のサイドのポップなデザインを施した壁に架けられた非常階段が店へと続いてました。
初めてなので、メニューの説明をしてもらいました。
クラフトビールは３種飲み比べもお薦めとのこと。オーダーはQRコードを読み取って、携帯のwebページから行うスタイルです。
まずはクラフトビールから。
スプリングバレーやBrooklynラガーなどキリン系のクラフトビールの他に、よなよな、伊勢角屋、常陸野ネストなど日本各地のクラフトビールが並んでます。幾つか飲んだことのないビールを中心に3種飲み比べで。

MURAKAMISEVEN： Spring Valley のビール。飲みやすく、スッキリしたIPA
九州クラフト日向夏： 柑橘系の余韻が残るフルーツビール
TOKYO BLUES セッションエール： 東京の地ビール。セッションの割にガツンくる。

伊勢角屋のバイツェン
付き出しのポップコーンでクラフトビールを楽しみながら料理をオーダー。
最初は前菜的なもので、肉はもうちょっと後でオーダーしようかと思ってたのですが、店内に肉とタレの香ばしい匂いが漂っていて、思わず最初のターンでオーダーしましたww
▫️グリルした厚木野菜とベーコンエッグ
ベーコンが厚切りでボリュームある。
野菜料理かと思いきや、これは完全に肉料理ですね。
▫️ホタルイカと春野菜のアヒージョ
季節のホタルイカがアヒージョに！ 野菜はトッピングでほぼ生のものが脂で茹でられて・・
これはバランスよくて、いいですね。
▫️アメリカ産牛サガリの一本焼き
豪快な一本焼きをテーブルの上で切り分けてもらい、肉にバーベキューソースとブルギニョンバターを乗せて完成。豪快に肉の感触と味わいを楽しみます。
和牛焼肉とは一味違う、アメリカンな美味しさですね。
レモンサワーと楽しみました。
一息ついた所で、メニューを再び眺めて気になるものをオーダー。
▫️ハモンセラーノの瞬間燻製
タパスとして追加。煙を閉じ込めてサーブする形式です。
この辺りから赤ワインで。
▫️４種のチーズパイピザ
ピザと思って注文したら、生地はサクッとしていて、これはもうパイですね。
添えられた蜂蜜とチーズの相性がいい。
最後にコーヒーを頼んで〆ました。
少し深入りで香りのいいコーヒーは、量もたっぷりで、食後の口直しにいいですね。
料理や酒を色々楽しんでも価格は居酒屋価格。コスパがいいのも魅力です。
