今回お邪魔したのは神奈川県厚木市、本厚木駅から徒歩5分かからないところにあるコチラ。
建物の3階へは階段を駆け上がる。
扉を開くとそこは広々とメインブースがあり、奥には個室もかなりの量がある。
パーティーもできそうで100人は余裕で入りそうなくらい広い。
奥の個室に通してもらった。
お通しは大量のポップコーン。
店の雰囲気といい、コンセプトは若め。
広めの肉バルっていうイメージが1番的確かな。
永遠とつまんでられるわ。なんて思いつつメニューを見る。
メニュー表もあるが、オーダーは基本QRコードから行うようだ。
まずは生ビールだけオーダーしてメインから構成していく。
1日10食限定の【肉汁溢れる渾身のハンバーグ¥935】がどうやら1番人気らしい。
男2人だがこれは貰っておくか。
前菜では【サーモンと野菜のメリメロカルパッチョ¥748】と、更に【枝豆アーリオオーリオ¥440】で前菜強めに攻めていく。
温菜からは【あつあつアンチョビキャベツ¥638】。
揚げ物からは【マッシュルームとエリンギのアメリカンフリット¥748】と言う亜種をチョイス。
なんとコレが大当たり。
メインはハンバーグの他に【豪快超ガーリックハラミステーキ¥2640】もオーダーもぶっかまし、まるでミイラ男も胃もたれするであろうミートと森のカーニバルが幕を開ける。
更に追って【厚木野菜と厳選野菜のバーニャカウダ¥1188】で野菜不足も補って行き、締めは【自家製カタラーナ¥660】なんてオーダーしちゃうフルコースLv.のアラカルトの量。
…あ、問題なく完食はしてますので悪しからず。
ここで初訪問しといてこんな事書くなよwwwとか思われるかも知れへんのやけど、最近Instagramのフォロワーさんから『ラインナップやら布陣は程々でええからオススメ書け』と複数人にDMで言われちゃったりなんちゃったりしてるんで基本全部美味かったんすけど、個人的にここ来たらこれは行っちゃって欲しい美味かったランキングBest3でも書き残しておきますね、はい。
第3位。
◾️シルクエール（¥605〜）
『てめぇwww初っ端から酒かよwww』て言われた終わりなんすけど、これ3種飲み比べでたまたまフィーリングで選んで1つなんですけど、個人的にはココまで美味いなら単品でも良かったなと素で思えたホワイトビールがランクイン。
第2位。
◾️マッシュルームとエリンギのアメリカンフリット（¥748）
これが想像以上に美味しくてビールとまぁ相性が良かった。
イメージで言えばフィッシュ&チップスをマッシュルームとエリンギで代用しました的な揚げ物料理。
エリンギの歯応えがしっかり活きる絶妙な揚げ具合と付け合わせのソースがまた絶品。
これは頼んどいて損はないと思う。
第1位。
◾️肉汁溢れる渾身のハンバーグ¥935
目の前で鉄板にソースかけてグツグツバチバチ言わせてくれるライブ感と鉄石で好みの焼き加減で食べれるのがかなり良く、ハンバーグはめっっっちゃ柔らかい。
作り方上手いなぁーと。
イメージは肉フェスとかにある【飲めるハンバーグ】の上位互換。
お値段も¥1000以下と手が出やすいさすが目玉商品って感じでした。
カタラーナとアイスコーヒーで締めまでいただき1人¥4500程でフィニッシュ。
良い時間やった。
使い勝手もいいしスタッフの方々の気遣いも◎。
最後おしぼり変えてくださった女性スタッフが特に愛想が良く好感が持てた。
厚木来た際はまたこよーっと。
