日曜日のディナーで利用しました。
テーブルは予約済みだったのですが、
着席したもののなんの案内もありません。
タブレットがあったのでこれでオーダーする
システムのようでした。チョット案内不足感。
まずドリンクをオーダーするとピクルスが
おつまみとして登場です。
5〜6種くらいのピクルスたち。
ピックに刺さっているのでポリッと。
ん?甘い。ピクルスとしてはかなりの甘さ。
–生ハムとマッシュルームのサラダ
ハム旨し。だけどドレッシング甘し。
–マッシュルームとトリュフのオムレツ
フリッタータ的な。つなぎ入り。
トリュフはオイルかエッセンス。
–カポナータ
アーモンドとケッパー入ってます。
本店のシチリア風なのでしょうがこちらも
酸味と甘味のバランスが‥甘さが勝ってま
す。残念。
–チキンレバーのパテ
完全に潰していないレバーも入って楽しい
食感。だけどこれもかなり甘い。
–牛すじのグラタン
これは甘くなかった。パンに乗せてグー。
–ポークソテー
名物らしい。肉の厚みがあるわりには比較
的早く出できた。ナイフ入れるとサックと
切れた。ん？ソテーではなく煮込み。
煮込んだ肉に焼き色をつけてます。
なので味染み込んでしょっぱい。
チャーシュー的な肉です。
–小エビのアヒージョ
オイル煮というか海老の水分がすごく
出ているので海老の煮込み的、冷凍のまま
調理しているのか？
–マッシュルームとトリュフのリゾット
こちらは提供まで時間がかかりましたが
米に芯がなく、プッリプッリでした。
ちょっとしたイタリアンだと米は
アルデンテだとごまかして芯ありの
リゾットを出す店があります。
でもこれはきちんと調理された正統派。
こちらもトリュフはフレーバーか。

デザートは全般的によかったです。
結局スタッフのみなさんホスピタリティあり
気持ちよく食事できました。
最初の案内だけ説明していただけたらさらに
よかったです。
