One day in March, I visited Kyushu Samurai, which is located a few minutes walk from the north exit of Hon-Atsugi Station. This is my first visit for a small meeting. The lighting inside the store is slightly dimmed to create a calming atmosphere. The interior is elaborate, with walls decorated with three-dimensional patterns (think fish?), pillars reminiscent of a bamboo forest, and semi-private room partitions. This time, I had the ``Shingetsu Course'' (4,500 yen), which comes with 3 hours of all-you-can-drink. This course consists of 10 dishes including dessert. After enjoying the appetizers, salads, and sashimi, you'll be happy with the horse sashimi that follows. After the horse sashimi, there is a series of meat dishes such as skirt steak, charcoal-grilled chicken thigh, and all of them are of a high standard. Personally, I like charcoal-grilled food with lots of it. It was easy to put into my mouth and I could taste the flavor of the chicken. After that, I went back to fish and tried hockey. This Atka mackerel was also grilled and the meat was easy to fall apart and delicious. In particular, the skin soaks in the flavor, which makes the sake even more delicious. After that, the first Fried food of the course, Isobe-age with vegetables and kisses, was served. The kisses had a good balance between crispy friedness and softness. Shime is Seafood barachirashi which includes tuna, salmon, octopus, etc. I was able to enjoy the luxurious shime. Overall, I enjoyed a wide range of Kyushu cuisine that exceeded my expectations. I was very satisfied because I didn't miss any of the 10 items. The drink menu is as shown in the photo, and there were a lot of sour drinks. For me, the ginger highball didn't have much of a strong ginger effect. The young clerk's customer service was crisp and quick, and the atmosphere was refreshing. Thank you for the meal.
