帰省時に旧友と食事する事になり本厚木へ。
本厚木は高校以来かな～
セイシュン時代を過した街なので懐かしいです。
友人がこちらの肉バルを予約してくれました。
東口改札からコンコースを抜けたすぐ右手にあるほぼ駅直結のビル地下1階。
利便性の良い立地です。
店内はダークウッドに赤を差し色にしたモダンスタイルで人数に合わせレイアウトできるテーブル席やカウンターもあり様々な人数に対応。
デートに合コンにいろいろ使えそう。
メニューはがっつり系の肉料理を中心に前菜やおつまみ系、pizza、パスタ、デザートなど幅広く揃っています。
先ずはビールで乾杯！と思ったら、生が黒ラベルとホワイトベルグが選べる他、ボトルのクラフトビールが15種類くらいあるではないですか！？
割と人気のメジャーどころが揃って私の好きな銘柄ばかり。
中から選んだのは
・サンクトガーレン YOKOHAMA XPA
厚木に来たら厚木のご当地ビールでしょう！
しかも我がホーム横浜の水が使われたビールというのですから運命的なものさえ感じます。
フードメニューから選んだのは
◆BAISONサラダ 780円
あえて内容を訊かなかったのですが店名を冠したものに外れはないと。
リーフに様々な種類のドライ野菜がトッピングされたサラダは歯ごたえと言い味わいと言い大当たりだったのでした。
◆A4和牛の炙りユッケ 1,480円
目の前でバーナーにより生肉の表面が炙られ、それを卵黄タレと合わせ仕上げます。
肉と脂身の旨味が甘いタレと卵黄に絡まりトロトロの食感と旨味がこの上ない。
◆A４和牛の炙り寿司4貫 880円
こちらも目の前で炙って仕上げられます。
このひと手間でシャリと肉が融合したような一体感が生まれる。
◆1ポンド3種ステーキ食べ比べ 2,980円
（A4和牛赤身、オーストロース、霧島豚）
和牛モモ肉のさぱりした旨味とオーストロースのワイルドな味わい、霧島豚のむぎゅっとした肉肉しさ。
まさに三種三様の食べ比べが楽しめました。
こういう機会って案外希少かも。
◆ジャガイモのラクレットがけ 800円
期間限定のラクレットにありがたくありつけました。
ラクレットとジャガイモは鉄板の組み合わせ。
スキレットに残ったラクレットは肉に絡めたりしていろいろアレンジもできちゃうのでした。
ドリンクは途中で赤ワインに切り替え。
グラスで500円～とリーズナブルでしかもカベルネソーヴィニヨンだけで4種もありました。
最後にワインにも合うデザートをとむちゃぶりしたら
◆チーズケーキ豆腐
豆乳風味のプリン状に冷やし固められたものに蜂蜜がかかってクラッカーが添えられてきました。
中には砕いたナッツが仕込まれています。
このあまじょっぱいテイストはワインに合う合う！
メニューにはなかったので即興だったのでしょうか！？
近年流行りの『肉バル』というカテゴリーを超えた引き出しの多さを感じるお店でした。
思い出の街にこんな好みのお店ができていたとは嬉しい限り。
