本厚木駅の真横にあるビルを地下に降りたところにある肉バルと言われるカテゴリのお店です。
食べログでは居酒屋とも記載されているので居酒屋でもあるということでしょうか。
メニューは小洒落たものが多くて、店内も居酒屋とはかなり違った雰囲気です。
カジュアルレストランよりもっと海外のテイストを取り入れた感じとでも言いましょうか。
店員さんは接客担当が1人、キッチンに1人いました。
ランチメニューは10種類ぐらいあって主に肉料理をメインとしたメニュー内容です。
気になった牛タンセットを注文してみました。
ライスの量を無料で大盛りにできると説明を受けましたのでお言葉に甘えて大盛りで。
少し厚みのある牛タンは弾力と味がたまらなく、塩コショウで軽く味付けをしたものでした。
香りもよく、とても美味しいですね。
スープもついてきたのですが、白湯系のスープで美味しかったです。（かなり熱かったですが）
店内のBGMも良く、周りにお客さんがいなかったので、食べ終わったあとも少しだけゆっくりさせてもらいました。
たまにはこういうお店にふらっと寄るのもいいものです。
