東口を出て右手すぐのビル地下1F。ほぼ駅直結という立地です。
A4和牛を使用した炙り肉寿司、熱々のラクレットチーズ、A4和牛サーロイン、赤身、オーストロースなどのステーキが楽しめる『A4和牛寿司 肉バル BISON 本厚木店』さん。
今日はがっつり肉！いただきにやってまいりました。
落ち着いた雰囲気の店内。
暖色の照明と、ところどころに使われる赤の差し色がお洒落です。
テーブル席に案内いただき、先ずはビール。
こちら、COEDO、常陸野ネスト、新潟麦酒、サンクトガーレンなどのクラフトビールを多種取り揃えているのが嬉しい。
ビールの他、カクテル、ウイスキー、ワインなども豊富な品揃え。いろいろ楽しめます。

シャキぷりな歯ごたえ、じゅわーっと口内に広がる肉汁。
ビールが更に美味しい！

とろーり黄身を絡めてまろやかな味わいの美味しいサラダです。
■ 1.3ポンド 4種ステーキ食べ比べ 5,480円
A4和牛赤身、オーストロース、霧島豚、鶏の4種。
それぞれの旨みが見事に堪能でき、1.3ポンドでボリュームも満点。
満足度の高い一品です。
■ 海老のアヒージョ バケット付680円
スペイン産オリーブオイルとニンニクの香り、そしてぷりっぷりの海老がたまりません。
■ 厚切りベーコンラクレットがけ 980円
分厚く柔らかいベーコンに濃厚なラクレットチーズがベストマッチ。
うん、みんな美味しくて、なんとも嬉しい。
旨い肉、チーズ、そしてクラフトビール。
どれも大好きな私にとってこれは堪りません！
お店の雰囲気も相まって嬉しい相乗効果！
駅至近で利用しやすいこともあり、これはリピ決定です。
