厚木にはギター関連で定期的な用事があるのだが、
たまに少しラーメン以外の食べ物なんかも食べて遊んでもいいなと思う時もある。
小腹だけを美味しく満たしたい
それならば最近はすっかりハマり気味の肉寿司なんて最高に楽しいだろうと
久しぶりに食べログの検索窓でお店を探してみた。
こちらのBISONさんはまさにいい感じのお店
おしゃれでかなりバル感が強いので、肉寿司以外も楽しい経験ができそうだよね
A4和牛の炙り肉寿司は4カンで880円である。
仲間もいたため12カン頂くことにしてみた。
ローリングなルックスで供されるそれは
ふわふわな肉味を見た目からも感じさせて美味しそうだが、
火を軽く入れてくれることでうまそうな香りが鼻をくすぐる
口に入れてみるとまさにメルティーな口溶け
酢飯の酸味とご飯の甘さも相まって
肉寿司は美味しいなあと感心する
焼いた香ばしさとお肉の柔らかさも光ってくるね
素材の良いお肉で作った感じがわかる
しっかりと美味しいやつでした
カマンベールのアヒージョ1280円も珍しいよね
トロトロとそして意外と強さを感じさせるニンニクオリーブオイル成分がたくましいね
味に関してはたくましさを感じさせたそれは少しばかり抑え目で香辛料の良い香りで食べやすい仕上がりに
加えてb級グルメ的なわかりやすい芯もあり、
実にうまいな
そこにチーズのトロトロも相まってくると
丸さも鋭さも全てがあるような美味しさで
食べている納得感があったね
フライドポテトも580円でたっぷりと量がある。
さくふわの美味しいやつで、仲間との話の花を咲かせながらも美味しくいただきました
気づけば長々と楽しい時間を過ごさせていただいた
料理も雰囲気も素晴らしいバル
非常におすすめのお店だ。
