住みたい街1位になり、イキナリ大注目になった本厚木
叔母が住んでいたので、高校生の頃まではよく泊まりに行っていました。
娘が引っ越すとこになり、下見を兼ねて久々に行ってみました。
夕方になったので、軽く食べて帰ることにしました。
娘が気になっていると言う、肉バルBISONへ。
東口から直ぐ、地下にあります。
写真忘れましたが、最初は生ビール
BISONサラダ
彩りも良くてボリュームたっぷりです。
マイルドなドレッシングでモリモリ食べられます。
赤ワインのおつまみにはこれ。
海老のアヒージョ(バゲット付き)
海老の存在感がすご～い。
アヒージョってちょっと油が重めって感じることも多いけど、
軽くてちょい飲みにピッタリです。
牛タンの塩焼き
塩と胡椒が効いたとっても好きな味付け、食感が堪らない。
肉寿司(金粉キャビア乗せ)
サシが美しく過ぎる❇️
すぐに蕩ける融点の低さ、幸せ過ぎます。
キャビアと金粉なんてイイコトありそう～。
カウンターでサクッと飲めるし、お料理も美味しいありがたいお店。
感染対策もバッチリでした。
