After finishing shopping at LaLaport in Ebina, a friend made a reservation for me at this Meat Bar. I was unsure whether to go for the all-you-can-eat and drink course, but in the end I decided to just reserve a seat. It's right outside of Hon-Atsugi Station, so I was able to enter the store without any hesitation. I used to eat at an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Hon-Atsugi once a long time ago, and after not having seen it for a while, it became a beautiful town. Getting back to the topic, this store has a very nice atmosphere, and the moment you enter the store, you can't help but say, "Wow!" The interior of the store is made of poured concrete, and there are some red accents here and there, which makes it look stylish. Just take a seat and order whatever you're interested in. By the way, I was able to order from my iPad. The sausage platter is said to be made with raw sausages, and is served carefully grilled. The outside was crispy and the inside was quite juicy and delicious. Steak platter consisted of three types: lean Japanese beef, oat loin, and pork Steak. Oastrose has a strong flavor and goes really well with salt! Personally, I like the lean meat of Wagyu beef the most, it's soft and meaty. The pork Steak was also delicious with a slight sweetness. The combination of salt-grilled Cow tongue and craft beer is the best. I only come to Hon-Atsugi once in a while, but when I come again, I want to go to BISON.
