よく焼肉弁当を買って食べていた焼肉屋さんがいつの間にか
名前が変わっているじゃありませんか！！
こりゃ、早速行くしかないと即入店。
中の内装はほぼそのまま？な感じ。
ま、居抜きですからね。そりゃそうでしょう。
でも、変わらなさすぎという気も(笑)
この日は、上カルビ、じゃないほうのカルビ、まるちょう、ネギタンを注文
じゃないほう～というのは、ここのお肉は山形牛を一頭買いし
さらに山形の食材にこだわっているというお店。
なので、山形牛「じゃないほう」のお肉をそう呼んでいるそうです(笑)
国産の牛をつかっているそうです。
上カルビ、綺麗なサシが入っていてめちゃくちゃ柔らか。
口の中へ入れるだけでかなりとろけるけます。
なんか、柔らかすぎじゃないのと思わせるほど
噛んだ記憶がないくらい、言い過ぎだろうか、、、、
お肉はめちゃいいのですが、ここで残念なことが、、
焼肉の命といってもいい、タレの存在。
このタレ、、どこかで、、、うん？ここがオープンする前の焼肉やさんの
たれと少しにている気が。。。
ま、わたくしの勘違いかもしれないので、そこはさておき
そのタレがわたくしには少々お肉に合っていない味付けに感じます
お肉は美味しいのに、ちょっと残念でなりませんでした。
まるちょうも脂がのっていてとろける美味しさ。
味噌味をチョイスしたので、そのままでもイケます。
テーブルにみそだれもあるので、それをつけてみると、、、
これまた、意外な味付けの味噌で少々気になります。
それ以降、そのまま食べました。そのほうがめちゃ美味しい
私の目の前で食べていた方に、塩の説明をしていたのを見て
塩で食べたら美味しいんじゃないかなぁと
上カルビを塩そのままで食べたら、めちゃ美味しい。
素材そのものの味をダイレクトで味わえて、肉の甘み脂の濃厚さを
充分に味わえる、塩って素晴らしいと再認識！
ひとつ残念だったのがタン。周りが黒ずんで出てきました
これって、、、わたくしの考察ですが
冷凍焼け？？じゃないかなぁと。何か下ごしらえでそうしているのかなぁと
一瞬思ったのですが、お店のHPをみるとまわりもしっかり赤い良い色していたので、、、
イチバン驚いたのが、牛タンの黒いカレー。
この日の一番はこのカレー！
柔らかく煮込んであるタンがゴロゴロ入っていて
スパイシーの中にも、甘みが強く、ほんのり酸味の効いたカレーは
山形産のお米にめちゃくちゃ合います。
また行ったとき、このカレー頼んじゃうと思うなぁ
にしても、もうちょっとカレーのお皿にも気を配ったほうがよかったような。
なんか、家のカレー皿みたいで(笑)
