◇I went to Lunch with Tonkatsu pork cutlet (¥1800). There were three types of lunch: pork cutlet, top pork cutlet, and weekly specials. You can have a pig called Fubuta, which is a cross between Mangalica pork and Duroc pig. Mangalitsa has a melt-in-your-mouth feel, but the meat is firmer than Mangalitsa, so you can enjoy the texture of the meat even though it's soft. The clothes were loose-fitting. It was delicious. The difference between regular tonkatsu and top tonkatsu is that the top one uses a slightly better part of the pork cutlet. Looks like they're not serving lunch right now.
