●2018年12月10日(月)●
伊勢原駅から少し離れたところにある昔ながらの中華屋さん。
メニューは豊富だったがラーメン(500円)と炒飯(550円)を注文。炒飯は友達とシェアした。価格も現代では考えられない安さだ。
提供されたラーメンは昔ながらの醤油ラーメンで、味は濃いながらも体に染み渡るような優しいスープが好印象。
昨今のラーメンのスープは情報過多だったり、妙に重くて飲み進めるのに躊躇するものも多いが、こういう昔ながらの中華屋さんのラーメンのスープは「スープ」の名前通りにススーッと飲み進めていける。
炒飯は少しベッチャリ系だが、よく炒められており、少し焦げた感じも美味しく感じた。
コショウで味を調整するのもなんだか懐かしい。
店を経営しているご夫婦も優しく笑顔の素敵な方々で、接客面でも満足。
総じて街中華に求められているものが高い水準で満たされている店で、これからも末長く続いて欲しいと思った。
