土曜日の15時頃に訪問しました。
お店の前に5台分の駐車スペースがあります。
2台止まっているところに駐車
週末だと行列が出来て、15時過ぎにパンが売り切れる日も多いと聞いていたので行列が無くてラッキー。
平塚の自社製粉工場で伊勢原の契約農場から仕入れている湘南小麦を石臼挽きした小麦粉を使用したパンをいただけます。
2017年2018年2019年2020年2022年と食べログのパン百名店に選ばれているお店です。
基本的に卵と牛乳は摂らないので
乳製品と卵が入っていないパンを探して
湘南小麦のカンパーニュを購入
私は普段小麦粉はほとんど摂りませんが
食品の商社をやっており、小麦粉も取り扱っているのでパン屋さんに行くのは好きで、百名店など名店に伺って試食するのは好きです。
コロナ禍には友人と台北でパン屋も始めました。
私は原料商社、友人はパン職人で役割分担されています。
我々と一緒に台湾や中国のパン屋さんで指導してくれそうなパン職人さんも探しているので、先ず百名店は全て行ってみようと思い活動しています。
日本産の小麦粉100%使用のパンを作っているお店に特に興味があります。
