2011年3月6日午前9時（11.3.6.9＝いいミルク）にオープンした牧場直営のジェラート店です。 当店で使用するミルクは、伊勢原で40年の歴史を持つ石田牧場の新鮮なミルク。 清潔な環境でのびのび育った牛から搾ったこだわりのミルクを、風味そのままにジェラートにしています。コクのある甘さとさわやかな後味をぜひご賞味ください。 |
マンゴーフレーバーと共にカボチャやマロンを思わせるねっとりした風味を感じながら一気に食べきる。
GW最中の夕凪のなか初夏の爽快さを感応する一時だった。
かなり前にTVでソフトクリームが評判と紹介されていたため来たことがあったが場所が違う気がする。
調べてみるとその時来たのは2～3km東寄りにある【柏木牧場】だった。
伊勢原市内にはイタリアンの[百名店]にエントリーされていた【PIZZERIA Alberobello】と同じポポロ広場の【Gelateria Latte】や
隣接する平塚でたびたびメディアに出ている『あさつゆ広場』内【あさつゆ工房】始め
最近話題の【Gelateria Vega】などソフトクリーム＆ジェラートの有名店が点在している。
ここはすぐ近くに芝桜の名所があり大山を望む長閑な田園風景が拡がっている。

周囲には建物らしい建物もなく近くに小田原厚木道路と側道が走っているだけの小さな牧場だが9人ものマイレビさんが来ているという事実を知り驚く。
それではと出かけてきたのが2週間前の火曜日。
ところが見事に定休日にあたってしまった。
癪に障ったため思いきって再訪した次第。
◇ミニジェラート/マンゴー
市販の濃厚なマンゴーフレーバーと比べるとライトな後味。
ただ乳業の生産者直営ならではの生乳感あるジェラートで
今回は選ばなかったがプレーンのバニラの方がよりミルク本来の味わいを楽しめる気がする。
これを機に鎌倉・江ノ島・小田原・箱根など県内の有名店を訪ね歩いてみるのも楽しいかも知れない。
