野菜をはじめ、素材にこだわったお店とのうわさを聞き、前々から行きたかったお店です。本日初めて実現しました。
お任せコースは前日までの予約のため、
当時選べるランチコースを注文しました。
私は大山ジビエを使ったメインを選択。
ドリンクは甕出し紹興酒を注文。口当たりが良く直ぐに無くなったのでカラメル色素が入っていないもう一種類の方も注文。
実はナチュールワインもボトルで頼めるそうなので次回は夜に行きたいと思いました。
