美蔵（鈴廣かまぼこの里）
新そばが食べたいなということで、小田原エリアで検索すると、上位店で『神奈川ペイがLINE-Payで唯一使える』という事で選択しました。
ちょっと離れていますが、行って大正解でした。レストランの建物そのものも非常に興味深かったですが、周辺の建物（鈴廣かまぼこの里）も見所十分でした。飲食以外でも時間がつぶれました。

・建物
国の登録文化財の総漆塗りの土蔵を移築した建物で、江戸時代の雰囲気の中でそばを楽しむことができます。
・そば
北海道深川産のそば粉を石臼で挽き、箱根百年水で打っています。そば前には、鈴廣かまぼこの里で人気の「超特選蒲鉾 古今」の板わさや、厚さ5センチの豪華な「かまぼこかき揚」が用意されています。
・メニュー
ざるそば、かけそば、天ぷらそばなど、定番のそばメニューが揃っています。また、かまぼこを使ったそばメニューも人気です。
