小田原鈴廣にかまぼこを買いに行った際にランチで訪問。
GWでさすがにウェイティングは10組程度。
40分ほど待ち、ようやく店内に。
メニューを見ると色々な蕎麦メニューがあるが、かまぼこかき揚げ蕎麦しか目に入らない。鈴廣に来たらほぼほぼこのメニュー１択だと思う。
実際、周りのお客さんの多くがかまぼこかき揚げ蕎麦を頼んでいた。
ウェイティングで待った割に、注文してから10分もかからず蕎麦が到着。
普段信州の美味しい蕎麦を食べなれているのだが、蕎麦自体はコシもあって、よく冷水でしめてあって美味しいが、返しの出汁感が弱い。
さてさて、かまぼこかき揚げとはいかなるものか、サクッと揚がったかき揚げだが、普通のかき揚げにかまぼこが入っているだけ。
イカの代わりにかまぼこが入っているという感じ。
全体的に普通の蕎麦屋。
