「ヒルトン小田原リゾート＆スパ（HiltonOdawaraResort&Spa）」のオールデイダイニング「ブラッセリーフローラ」。当館はレストランの数が少なく周辺に飲食店なのも無いため、当レストランは極めて重要な料飲施設に位置付けられます。
チェックイン時に希望する朝食の時間帯を聞かれましたが、オフシーズンだったためか混み合うことはなく、何時にお邪魔しても入れそうな勢いでした。各テーブルに手書きによる料理配置図が配られとてもわかり易い。
ダイヤモンド会員向けに特別ドリンクメニューが用意されているのですが、ぜんぜん大したことはありません。「いちおう気にかけてますからね！」とアピールするためのツールでしょう。
サラダは地元の農家からの直送品。食べたいものを好きなだけ盛りつけることができるという意味で、昨晩の「ザ・ロビーラウンジ」よりも満足度は高いかもしれません。オムレツは卵そのものの味が活きて美味しいのですが、もうちょっと盛りつけ映えようぜ。
小田原と言えば海産物。アジを中心とした焼き魚など、魚介類にはかなり気合が入っているように感じられました。
海鮮丼もセルフで作り上げることができ、ここまで魚介類が充実しているヒルトンは「ダブルツリーbyヒルトン富山（DoubleTreebyHiltonToyama）」以来かもしれません。
小田原名物の「おでん」や名産のミカンを活かしたジャムを用意するなど、地元の食材に拘ったラインナップで好印象。もちろんシャルキュトリやカレーなど定番メニューも充実。当館に滞在する際は、必ず朝食付きのプランで予約するようにしましょう。必ずです。
