小田原駅東口ロータリーを右側に進みお堀通りへと進む「お堀通り」の交差点を左折してすぐの左側にあります。
自動車で訪れる場合、駐車場の用意がないので、近くのコインパーキングに停車してくることになります。
アイビーのつたに覆われたようなおしゃれな外観から見てもわかる通り、店内もまた中央を中心に、ぐるっと囲むようなカウンター席があり、こじんまりとしていながらも雰囲気抜群です。
ここのお店、以前は雰囲気も料理もとても良いイタリアンレストランだったのですが、そのお店が閉店してしまいがっかりしていたところに、居抜きで今のお店が入っていたので訪れてみることにしました。
箱根湯本の芸妓置屋「喜春」の女将がプロデュースするお店なため、女将自らお店に立つこともあり、私が訪れた時も彼女のファンでにぎわっているように思いました。
お料理は食材にこだわりを感じられ、盛り付けも写真映えするように考えられていたので、若者層にも喜ばれそうですが、価格帯としてはちょっとお高めかな～と思えるところ。
味わい的にもインパクトに欠ける感じかな^_^;
以前のイタリアン店の味を求めてしまうと届かない部分がありますが、まだまだ新規メニューも開発中で発展途中のようでしたので、今後に期待できるお店かな～と思いました。
