小田原駅東口の駅前にお店がある。
ビルの3階に入っているが1階と2階は入船と言う寿司・海鮮料理のお店で
こちらの系列店らしい。
ビルの間口がそれ程広くないので比較的に小さなお店を想像していたが
3階でエレベーターを降りてみると入口こそ狭いものの一歩店内に入ったら驚いた。
奥行きがかなりあり、思いの外広い客席が広がっている。
調理場は奥で手前側右手にオープンキッチンの鉄板カウンター席
左側に普通のテーブル席が並んでいる。
赤い絨毯、壁には金箔が貼られ、調度品等はいずれも高価そうなもので統一されている。
外観からイメージする内容とはかけ離れた非日常の空間だ。
ランチタイムメニューはコース料理が3つほどあるが
更にその中で牛の銘柄、部位、量 等を選べるようになっている。
メインのステーキの量はデフォルトで80g。少し少な目だろうか。
今回は相州牛のフィレ140ｇ（60g追加）のコースをいただいた。
コースの内容は前菜、スープ、ステーキ、デザート、食後の飲物となっている。
メインのフィレ肉はミディアムでいただいたが、肉の旨味、柔らかさ共に
申し分無し。付属の調味料は専用のソース、各種塩、山葵、大根おろし等で
いろいろな味が楽しめた。
その他の料理全般も丁寧な調理が伺えて安定した味にまとまっていた。
今回は予備知識も無く、予約無しで立ち寄ったが
普段使いに気軽に利用するのでは無く、記念日やハレの日に予約をしてから
訪れるのに適したお店だろう。
