小田原駅近くのミナカフードコートにある蕎麦屋になります。口頭で海老天せいろと新政エクリュを注文します。程なくするとブザーがなるので取りに行きます。
まずは蕎麦を啜るとガッチリとした蕎麦でしっかり蕎麦の香りがします。新そばの幟があると期待して行ってしまうのですが当たりのようです。お塩もついていて天ぷら用か蕎麦用かは不明ですが素材を楽しむには良いです。期せずしてミシュランマンのようになった塩をパシャリ。改めてみるとそうでもないです。
エクリュはスッキリとしていますが新政らしい味がしますね。飲みすぎたり料理によって合わせると違いが分からなくなるのは個人的日本酒あるあるです。
天ぷらは茄子、椎茸、オクラ、ヤングコーン、茗荷、カボチャ、海老で、海老は肉厚で噛みごたえがあって美味しいです。ご馳走様でした。
