小田原駅隣接の商業施設「ミナカ小田原」タワー棟3 西湘フードスタジアム内にある
お店「二八蕎麦 正庵」。
9月下旬の小田原滞在時の夜に訪れました。
先ずはレジにて注文と支払いをします。
この日は
「小田原産 あじ天かけそば(温)」(1650円)
を注文しました。
支払いを済ませ、呼び出しチャイムを受け取ってお店の前のテーブル席で
待つことしばし、そばが上がりました。
「小田原産 あじ天かけそば(温)」はお蕎麦と天ぷら、薬味が別々になっています。
天ぷらはあじ天の他、サツマイモ、ミョウガ、椎茸などの天ぷらの盛り合わせです。
それら天ぷらを全てお蕎麦の上にONし、薬味も全部投入し、早速いただいてみました♪
そばは細切りでやや粘着感を感じます。つゆは自分的にはやや薄目で程良い塩辛さでした。
天ぷらはどれも揚げたてのサクサク、香りも良く美味しい天ぷらでした。
つゆを最後の一滴まで飲み干し完食しました。
