小田原の個室居酒屋で飲んできました。お酒ありのご飯は久しぶりです。
美味しく食べたくて、お腹ペコペコで伺いましたが
どれも満足度の高い料理で居酒屋価格でボリュームもありました。
日替わりのカマ焼きは、見るからに美味しそうに焼かれていて美味しそう。
この日はハマチでした。サッパリした脂とやわらかい身がふわとろです
焼き魚はカマが1番好きなので、このメニューは嬉しすぎました。
鮮魚が美味しいのは、さすが小田原です。普段そんなに食べない
なめろうは注文の後に厨房からトントンと包丁で叩いている音が聞こえました。
適度に身のプリっとした食感が残っていて臭みも全くなく新鮮でした。
箸休めに、うずらどんぐりは懐かしいような優しい味でどこか嬉しくなりました。
贅沢な季節の天ぷら盛り合わせは、サクサクで自家製の天だしでいただきます。
揚げたてでお酒のつまみに美味しすぎて感動しちゃいました。
岩塩で食べてもサッパリ、椎茸やナスなど食べやすい大きさでペロッと食べちゃいました。
ナス好きなので、揚げ茄子の香味揚げもいただきました。
少し酸味が効いていて後引く味でした。良い味付けでとろっとした茄子は
一瞬でなくなるほど人気でした。
地鶏の白湯鍋は鶏肉が大きく手驚くサイズ。野菜たっぷり絹ごし豆腐の
つるんとした舌触り、やっぱり鍋って美味しいですね。
広い掘りごたつ式の席だったのですが
隣に、にぎやかなお客さんが入ってくると声は響きそう
席が空いていると間隔を開けて案内してくれるのは嬉しいです。
