小田原駅東口から続く錦通りにあるお店。
この日は仕事帰りに何だか飲みい気分だったので入ってみました。
なかなか広い作りのお店で靴を脱いで個室に案内されました。
ゆったり十分な広さの掘りごたつ式の席で安心して飲めました。
さっとお通しが運ばれてくるのも良い。
まずはビール、アサヒスーパードライ、エクストラコールドを。
小田原の鮮魚は食べたいとお造りの盛り合わせ。
五種にしましたが、どの種も厚めのカットで嬉しい。
ボリュームある盛り付けもいいですね。
マグロはサッパリ赤身、皮目を炙ったカツオは臭みが
なく一切れで口いっぱいになるサイズは幸せを感じる満足感でした。
サーモンにアジ、エビはプリ甘で鮮度の良さは、さすが小田原です。
揚げ出し豆腐は、ちょっと他と違って豆腐とお餅なんです。
これ特に美味しくてお代わりしたいぐらいでした。
素揚げされたお餅はとろりとして豆腐は熱々。
出汁の効いた汁に大根おろしが添えられていて一緒に食べるとお酒が進みます。
海苔に生姜もそれぞれの風味がアクセントになって口のなかに香りと旨味が広がります。
あると、ついついオーダーしてしまう、エイヒレは温められているので硬すぎることもなくマヨネーズがいい味。
焼き鳥盛り合わせは、どれもしっかり焼きでしたが安定の旨さです。
日本酒もちゃんとした銘柄が揃っていて、つまみに良く合いました。
安定の料理に酒、適度な距離感を持って対応してくれる居酒屋は仕事帰りのパラダイスですね。
