ベストシーズンを迎える箱根仙石原にある『中国料理太原』は、雄大な景色を望むことができる中国料理店です。有名ホテルで腕を磨いたオーナーシェフが作る料理は、街中華とは一線を画するレベルを感じました。 仙石原や箱根ガラスの森美術館へ行かれた際は、是非ともお立ち寄りされると良いです。
【本日の食事内容】
・雲白肉（ウンパイル）2200円
富士の赤豚がものすごくおいしい。また、お店の特製タレ（別に販売もしている）が格別で、八角が隠し味も効いている。
きゅうりと合わせて食べると、口の中がさっぱりで箸が進みます。
・季節の野菜炒め 1500円
時期によって変わるのだと思いますが、今回は（まいたけと青梗菜とレンコン ）に牡蠣ソースと食べるラー油
・牛アキレスの辛子煮込み 1600円
コラーゲンたっぷり!! 牛のアキレスを柔らかく煮込んであります。
甘辛くとても美味しいが、辛いのが苦手な方は（辛さなしもできるようです)
ご飯にかけると絶品でした。
・鴨燻製 割包（カーポ） 付き 2500円
ドカンと出てきてそのボリューム感にびっくり。鴨肉の旨さはもちろんであるが、燻製でチップの香りがしっかりしている。表面はカルカリになっており、多少の小骨をボリボリ行ってしまう。
・拘りの杏仁豆腐
レモンのお酒レモンチェッロを使った深みのある味わい。
※単品の量が2人でシェアするには多いので、4品しか注文できなかった。あと2品程度は食べたかったです。（推しのヤマメの四川風煮込み、ソフトシェルクラブの変わり揚げは次回のお楽しみにします。‼️）
