レストランでも提供されるレーズンパンは砂糖をまぶした柔らかめなバゲットにたっぷりのレーズン。
フォンダケージョは一般的なサイズよりはるかに大きく、兎に角モッチモチ！トーストして、中にバター入れて噛み付くと、じゅわぁっとバターが溶け出し凄く合う。
カレーパイも、百名店カスケードの名物カレーが入って、上品なコク深い味わい。
