平日とはいえ、桜の開花でにぎわう都内の街並みを避け、箱根なら少しはすいているだろうとドライブに。
東名が混んでいたので芦ノ湖到着が14時。
いつも満席のこちらですが、土日でもなく、ランチタイムも外していたので、自動受付機で人数と希望の席（屋内かテラスか）を入れ、隣接したショップでショッピングを楽しむこと10分くらい？ですぐ呼ばれました。
番号のアナウンスが店内まで聞こえるようになっているので便利です。
エッセイストで画家でワイナリーオーナーでもある玉村豊男さんプロデュースの食器や雑貨も置いてあるショップで、こちらのレストランでも食器が使われています。
喉が渇いていたので、ブラッドオレンジのソーダ、そして天然アマゴのカルパッチョ、野菜のグリルの生ハム添え、モッツァレッラ・ブッファラやリコッタなどフレッシュチーズが魅力的なピッツァ・ラサーニャをオーダー。
お腹が空いていたので、カルパッチョはシェアする前の写真を撮り忘れ。
サラダが添えられたアマゴのカルパッチョはとても美味でした。
焼き野菜はシェアするつもりでしたが、サービスの方の聞きまちがいで２皿来たので、野菜だからモリモリ食べよう！とそのままいただきました（もちろんお支払いしました）。
大きなキャベツのかたまりやレンコン、サツマイモ、蕪などの焼き野菜は甘く、生ハムの塩気と合っておいしく、ボリュームありましたが、ペロリと食べてしまいました。
メインのピッツァも石窯でパリッとふっくら熱々で、本格派。
大きいので、前菜や他のお料理を頼むなら、2～3人で1枚で十分です。
テーブルとテーブルの間隔もゆったりしていますし、席数があるので、待ち時間もそこまでではないです。
土日は混み合いますが、平日のお昼間は15時がラストオーダーなので、特におすすめです。
夜は19時がラストオーダーで20時クローズだそうです。
