世間様より少しズラシての夏休み。
引き続きの本日の相棒と。箱根は部屋食出来る宿が少なくそちらを優先しての選択。訪問は2度目。宿についての事はサイトが違うので割愛します。
18時30分からの食事、先付けの射込みは蓮の葉の緑とトマトの赤が美しい。造り、椀と進み八寸。
変わり種として昆布締めのフィレオフィッシュなどが。煮物は冷製の夏野菜と続き、食事はみょうがご飯。竈の蓋を開けるとみょうがの良い匂いがします。そのまま食べた後は添えられた冷汁を掛けて。甘味の杏仁豆腐は崩すと心太のように、フォークで食べます。
目的はタイトルの通りなので満足とします。緑茶を飲み座椅子にもたれかけた。そうそう！この座椅子は高さがあり座り易くて良かった。
襖が閉まり食事が終わった。相棒は髪を解きテラスに向かった。
