宮ノ下にある「富士屋ホテル」さんを訪問。
日本の由緒正しきクラシックホテルになります。
今回、夕食の「菊花荘」さん、昼食の「レストラン カスケード」さんをそれぞれ利用させてもらいました。
施設は古き良きクラシックホテルの良さを残していて、「登録有形文化財」、「近代化産業遺産」にも選出されている建物は、国から許可を受けながら、部屋を改装して上手く利用されています。
館内に入ると、クラシカルホテル特有の匂いが何とも言えません。
「菊花荘」さんは、元々、皇族の別荘を払い下げした不動産を利用している日本料理のお店で、伝統的な懐石料理を提供してくれています。
安定感のあるお料理で、どのお品も「和」の醍醐味を感じることができます。
「レストランカスケード」さんは、洋食レストランになります。
今回は伝統の「ビーフカレー」を頂きました。
フルーツ感の強いマイルドなカレーで、ハイカラ的な西洋と日本の文化の融合を感じることができます。
パン屋さんの「ピコット」さんも、とても美味しいパンを提供してくれますし、皆様の評価も高いように、食に関しては充実したホテルだと思います。
サービスも流石の落ち着いた接客で、非常に良い距離感でサービスを提供してくれます。
まだ、メインダイニングやバーなどは訪問できていないので、今度訪問できたらいいなと思っています。
お支払いは、クレジットカードで済ませました。
