For dinner, I was planning to eat oven-baked food at ``Bizan Dining'' on the shores of Lake Ashi, which just opened last year, but since it would be difficult to travel the 8km round trip from the hotel to the mountain, I chose ``Bizan Dining,'' which offers a pick-up service near the hotel. Go to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Jinya. Lunch is mainly rice bowls with fish as the main dish, and at night it turns into Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). We also have a variety of alcoholic beverages, sake side dishes delivered directly from the producers, and a variety of set meals and rice bowls. There is also a food + all-you-can-drink plan starting from 4,200 yen. The restaurant has table seats, counter seats, and tatami seats. There is a water server, and hot water is self-service. The Asahi Super Dry (550 yen) came out right away. However, the snacks I ordered with the beer never arrived... The set meals ordered by the group at the table in front of us came out in order, and the snacks from the table next to us came out, so it seemed like the food was being prepared in order. The chicken skin gyoza (600 yen) was finally delivered. Minced chicken is wrapped in thinly stretched chicken skin and fried crispy and juicy! It's sprinkled with salt, so it's delicious as is, and it's an addictive flavor. So, after waiting for a while again, I had the smelt tempura (800 yen). Smelt is in season from October to April, so I decided to order fried smelt (800 yen) or Tempura instead. The tempura has a fluffy Tempura, and both dishes are very satisfying. And then we had to wait again for the Boxcoro Hormone (650 yen). I had a choice of miso or soy sauce, and I chose miso. The portion was smaller than the previous two dishes, which were voluminous, but the fat was so thick that I gave up halfway through. To begin with, I realized that I had been ordering only fried food and no vegetables... I also ordered salt-grilled seri (600 yen), but it didn't come out even after waiting a long time, so when I asked about it, my order was missing. Since I was full after only 3 dishes, I canceled and paid the bill, only to be offered a shuttle service for the extremely low price of 2,600 yen for two people. The food at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Jinya is very delicious, but it's a shame that the food doesn't come out, probably because there's only one person in the kitchen. Also, it is questionable that the fried chicken is 650 yen individually and 1,300 yen as a set meal.
