2月23日(木)のランチは、箱根町仙石原にある、うなぎ乃稲荷舎 へ。
こちらは2021年7月オープンということで、新しく綺麗な店内です。
メニューをじっくり眺めて、オーダーしていきます。
英語表記のところには、大きな写真も付いていて、外国の方々にも優しいメニューです。
まずは、肝焼き（770円）からいただきます。
手摘みの実山椒で、爽やかな香りも楽しめます。
そしていよいよ、メインが登場。
秩父宮家献上品 極上うな重（肝吸い・香の物付き）5,830円外はカリッと、中は程良くふわっと焼きあがった鰻。
三代八十年継承のタレを使っているそうで、甘すぎず、辛すぎずちょうど良いです。
肝吸いも欠かせません。
付け合わせが付いているのもいいですね。
さっぱりしたお新香も、美味しくいただきました。
そしてお土産には、こちらを購入。
うなぎの押し寿司 （実山椒付き） 3,888円
うっかり車の中で食べてしまいそうになるほどの、魅惑のビジュアルです。
食べ終えて帰ろうかなと思った時に、サービスのご案内があり、ビックリ。
富士山羊羹
目でも楽しめる羊羹に大満足。
お茶をいただいて、大満足でお店を後にしました。
お会計の時に、ジャンボ尾崎さんの全英オープンでの使用ボールや、岸元首相のサインが飾られていたのを見て、やはり普通の新規オープンのお店とは違う雰囲気だなと再認識。
箱根滞在の際にはまたぜひ来たい、うなぎ屋さんでした。
