友人の勧めで熱海からの帰路立ち寄りました。早めに行かないと蕎麦が無くなり次第閉店と言われていたけど途中の買い物で時間がかかり、着いたの１２時５０分頃、駐車場がガラガラでアレと不安になりながら戸を開けたらイラッシャイマセでホッ。友人の推す天せいろ1900円也をお願いします。いっとき店内は私だけになるも直ぐに満席、そして天せいろは私のあと３人で終了。ラッキーです。
待つこと暫し、来ました!
海老２尾 衣がサクサク! 他はピーマン、ナス、カボチャなど、キスは無かった。天つゆは無く付け塩。
蕎麦は細め。よく冷えてます。新蕎麦の貼り紙が有りますが蕎麦音痴には香りがわかりません。出汁は辛すぎず 蕎麦湯は絶妙なタイミングで絶妙な量でした。
