Reservations are accepted from 12:00 noon every Tuesday from Thursday of that week to Monday of the following week. You cannot eat or drink inside the restaurant unless you make a reservation through OMAKASE. |
やっと予約出来て、1年8ヶ月振りの訪問です。今回は、わんたん入りしょうゆらぁ麺2,150円を戴きました。
スープは、香味油がかなり厚めに張られていますがくどくなく、醤油の薫りが素晴らしいです。醤油が変わったのかもしれません。
柔らかめに茹でられた中細ストレート麺は、とても長くて口いっぱいに啜って麺を味わえます。スープと一体化してこれまた素晴らしいです。
トッピングも全て素晴らしいですが、特に甘いチャーシューの脂と海苔が美味しかったです。
私にとっての究極の醤油らぁ麺と言っても過言では有りませんでした。
