Reservations are accepted from 12:00 noon every Tuesday from Thursday of that week to Monday of the following week. You cannot eat or drink inside the restaurant unless you make a reservation through OMAKASE. |
スープを頂くとうま味が凄い、旨すぎる！鶏油でとても濃厚なうま味があり、出汁と醤油の調和が凄い。
麺もスープに合っていて美味しい。細麺の柔らかめ、ブレンドによって小麦のうま味を全力で引き出してる感じ。
楽しみだったワンタンはチュルふに柔らか、カワが美味い。右は豚で左は地鶏とのこと。豚からいくと濃厚なうま味の餡、地鶏は鶏とは思えないずっしりとしたうま味に少し生姜の風味が入って爽やか。ワンタン入りオススメ！
チャーシューは通常で2枚。トッピングで更に2枚、バラとロース。
通常チャーシューは脂が溶ける。より濃厚なうま味のバラ。肉食ってる感のロース。
全て旨くてスープと合わせるとうま味が増幅してる。
4枚になると思ってなくてご飯付けるとちょっとボリーム感あり。
メンマもラーメンを邪魔しない味・柔らかさ、海苔は大分高級なもので単品でも美味い。
スープにそれぞれのうま味が溶けることで味が少しずつ変わって飽きないし、九条ネギが味をあっさりさせて最後までスープをで飲める。良く作り込まれてて流石の一言。
合わせて頼んだおにくご飯。一口食べるとまずお米美味い。思わず調べたら山形県酒田市の氷河米ミルキークイーンを使っているそうな。乗っているのはチャーシューとは仕込みが違うきめ細やかで柔らかお肉にあっさりタマネギソースジュレ
マジ美味い。単品で出してもバカ売れするレベルの完成度。しかしながら間に食べるとラーメンが引き立って更に旨くなる、しっかりサイドメニューだわ。
店主の爽やかな挨拶、真剣に湯ぎりする眼差し、手際の良い調理、退店の挨拶と食事処としての品格も高く驚きました。
