この日は湯河原方面へ年末の挨拶回り。
かねてより気になっていた湯河原の新店「横浜家系ラーメン翔 湯河原店」さんに伺いました。
店内は意外と広く以前は居酒屋さんだったのかな？というような佇まい。
カウンターに座りメニューを見る。
この日注文したのは”家系醤油豚骨ラーメン”に海苔と小ライスを追加、しめて￥1100也
スタッフさんはホールと厨房で男性が5人も居るが、開店してまだ1週間なのでオペレーションはまだギクシャクしている感じですね。
配膳されたラーメンのスープは乳化されていてかなり濃いのか？写真を撮っている短時間でもスープに幕が張ってゆく。まるで平塚市の「洋食ZORO」のスープみたいだ。
一口スープを啜ると分かってはいたが濃い目のスープが美味い。
家系では珍しくメンマが乗る。
チャーシューは私の好きな肉々しさがあるタイプなのだが、メニューに掲載されている写真では巻きチャーシューなんですよね。
このお店の半径200M以内には「しあわせ中華そば食堂にこり」さん「国味ラーメン」さん「飯田商店」さん「きっせい」さん「麵の蔵」さんと湯河原では名の通ったラーメン屋さんが集まっている地域です。湯河原では希少な家系ラーメン屋さんですので是非にも頑張ってほしいです。
