今回は、久々に5人全員が揃いました(o^^o)

【2016年4月】
今回は、記録してしての書き込みです。
友達4〜5人と
フラッと入り
数時間居座るf^_^;
不良中年かな。。。
お腹の空き具合によって
食べる量が
かなり変わる
オジさん、オバさんの集団でして
基本、ドリンクバーの近くが
好きな集団です。
動くのが嫌なんですねf^_^;
年寄りですからね
私は、基本的に何か和セットで食べますね
1人凄いのがいて、ご飯を2皿、おかずを3品
ペロリ食べる。見ていていつもよく食べると感心しますけどね。
女性陣も大体何かしら食べてますね〜
年齢的な事を考えると
夜中にあかんやつなんですけどね
やめられません
糖質の摂取量が
だいぶ減っているので
以前よりは
健康的な内容の食べ方にはなってますが
時間がねf^_^;
