高知にある居酒屋。
1階にはカウンターが5席で他はテーブル。
2階もあってこちらは個室になっているようだった。
まずはメニュー
高知らしい土佐料理がいろいろ並ぶ。
そしてお酒。
こちらは高知の地酒、酔鯨を10種類ほど揃えているが他の銘柄は無し。
店名の通り酔鯨にこだわりを感じるお店だ。
今回は皿鉢料理が食べてみたかったので、こちらをオーダーすることにした。
〇つき出し
ポテトサラダ
枝豆、ツナなどが入っている。
これでしのぎつつメインへ。
〇ミニ皿鉢（6600円）
ミニだがこちらは3人前くらい。
大皿にドーンと各種料理が盛り付けられているため迫力がある。

チャンバラ貝とつぶ貝
鯨のさえずり
フルーツトマト
クジラの串かつ
クジラの竜田揚げ

うーん盛りだくさん。
印象に残った料理についてコメントする。
・カツオのたたき
まずやっぱり肉厚。
カツオの風味が濃くてさすが本場の味と感じられる。
カツオは高知で食べると味が違うように感じる魚の代表格。
やっぱり美味しいなぁ。
・ブリの刺身
脂の乗ったブリ。
そして薫りの良さを感じる。
高知でいただく鮮魚もやっぱり美味しいなぁ。
・クジラのさえずり
シャキシャキした食感。
その後に感じる脂身の旨み。
臭みなど全くなくてすっきりした味。
全体的に鮮魚か新鮮。
どの魚も脂乗りがとても良い。
高知に来たなら土佐料理でしょう？
土佐料理を味わい尽くせる居酒屋だった。
