廿代町にある、土佐食人 こうじ家。
メニューは土佐ジローメインで、土佐の郷土料理に色々あります。
土佐ジローの炭火焼きで「全部」を頼みました。
土佐ジローの炭火焼き「全部」：もも肉・胸肉・笹見・手羽中です。 それぞれの旨味や歯ごたえが違います。
もも肉は旨味が凄い。 胸肉はあっさりとしつつも美味しいです。
笹見は余り好きではないのですが、これは美味しかった。 手羽中最高です。
土佐ジローのだし巻き卵はふっくらで味濃厚です。
後から思えば土佐ジロー尽くしだが、卵尽くしでしたｗｗｗ
美味しく頂きました。
