平日19時頃訪問。予約して伺いました。
満席だったので予約必須です。
■鰹 塩たたき
めちゃめちゃ美味しい～！
塩とわさびで食べるとかつおの風味がぐっと引き立ちますね。
皮の香ばしさもさすがとしか言えません。
■ウツボの唐揚げ
高知県民のソウルフード「うつぼ」。
淡泊で、クセのないさっぱりとしたお味で美味しかったです。
たたきで食べたかったな～
■ドロメ ポン酢
生しらすのことです。
高地では生のイワシシラス（カタクチイワシの稚魚）のことをドロメというそう。
朝どれだったので、優しい甘みが何とも言えない美味しさでした。
■メジカ刺身
マルソウダ（丸宗太）と呼ばれるサバ科のカツオの仲間だそう。
もちもち感もあって、めちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。
最高の酒の肴でした。
■香川三豊なすの揚げだし
優しいお味のお出汁にとろとろ茄子。
おつまみにぴったりでした。
■くじらの刺身 尾の身
尾びれの付け根あたりの肉でわずかな量しか採れず、くじらの大トロとも呼ばれているそう。
もちろん超絶に美味しかったです！
やわらかいし、くどくない脂の旨味も良い。
日本酒に合いますわ。
最高の魚料理たちでした！
