7月下旬、暑くて食欲の出ない中、
また、高知には美味しいお酒しかないのか、
と思い始めていた時、「中華でも食べるか」とホテル内の中華を訪れました。
まず、ネーミングが良い。
「弥太郎の夢」、あの岩崎弥太郎の名前が付いている。
まずはビールで、前菜三種。
「胡瓜の酢のもの」
「棒棒鶏」
「鮪の胃袋」、酒がすすみます。
次は「高知産ふのり入り卵スープ」ふのりってこんなに美味しかったのか。
白ワインのグラスをいただきます。
そして、「海鮮団子の深層水青海苔仕立て」
これも地のもの、まあまあです。
そろそろ老酒の5年物をロックでいただきます。
「土佐和牛フィレ肉と安芸茄子入り野菜の炒め」
美味しく柔らかい牛に、オイスターソースと黒酢の合わせ技が、
老酒を引き立てます。
そして、地のチリメンと茗荷の炒飯、
美味しいです。
ラストは地のデザート。
西山台地のポテト、お勧めです。
中華に来てよかった、と思いました。
