機会ができたので伺いました。
こちらは天神橋通りにあるラーメン店で、以前から気になっていたお店。
お昼前に伺いました。
入るとカウンターにテーブルが数席あります。メニューを見て・・・とりあえず基本かな。ラーメンを注文。
その他野菜ソバ、丸福ラーメン、モヤシソバ、ウマニソバ、五目ソバなど。また、ギョーザ定食、野菜炒め定食、チャーハン、中華丼などなど。
注文でよく聞こえてきたのはレバニラ炒め定食が人気なのかな？数人頼んでは今日はないですと言ってました。
店主が目の前で手際よく料理しています。それを眺めながら楽しめます。
入った時には2人でしたが待っている間に続々と入ってきました。
なのであらかじめお待たせする旨を書いてました。
10分程度で来ました。
スープはあっさりしてますがしっかり味があり美味しいです。麺は細めのちぢれ麺です。チャーシューは普通のチャーシューで美味しかったです。
他の人のを見るとメニューもそうですが「そば」という名が多く、「ラーメン」としているのは自分が食べたの。なので麺が違うなとも感じました。
最後に至るまで印象に残ったのは・・・こちらは今風ではない雰囲気感のあるお店でした。
