一昨年、昨年と訪問しており、その時はこじんまりとした小さな焼肉屋だったのですが、今年になって行ってみたところ、黒を基調とした広くておしゃれな店に改装されていました。
これはこれでいいと思いますが、以前の雰囲気もよかったかなーと思った次第です。
肉質が落ちてないかなーという不安もありましたが、そこは全く変わっていませんでした。
炭火焼きということも変わらず、一安心です。
黒毛和牛を部位によって使い分けているそうで、値段はそこそこしますが、いいものを出してくれます。
カルビやロースは、上でも十分おいしいのですが、特選は値段の差以上のおいしさが味わえるので、せっかく頼むのなら、私はそちらの方をおすすめします。
肉のうまみが全く違いますよ。
ホルモンなどの内臓肉も新鮮で脂のうまみがしっかりと感じられ、おいしかったです。
あと、牛肉以外なら、阿波尾鶏がかなりおすすめです。
鶏だからとあなどるなかれ、これほど歯ごたえがあってジューシーな肉質は、なかなか食べることはできないと思います。
デザートもいただきましたが、ソフトクリームはバニラビーンズが使われており、風味豊かでこちらもまたおいしかったです。
焼肉屋といっても、こういうデザートまでしっかりとしているところは好感を持てますねー。
今回はミスジが食べられなかったということだけが残念ですが、それはまたの機会ということで・・・
値段はそこそこ張るお店ですが、めちゃくちゃ高いわけではないですし、高知ではお勧めの焼肉屋ですね。
