高知市菜園場商店街の入り口にあるお好み焼き、もんじゃ焼き、鉄板焼きメインの居酒屋って言ったところでしょうか。
とはいえ、お好み焼き屋さんと言ってもいいほど値段設定はリーズナブルです。
10時閉店の所へ9時30分ごろ行きました。タコ焼きを半月型にしたおこタコ焼きとモダン焼、鳥皮甘辛揚げと瓶ビール1本を注文しました。合計2451円です。
おこタコ焼きは、タコ焼きの生地を薄くのばしてタコとキャベツなどタコ焼の具材を包み込んでトロッとさせた状態で半月状に丸めたタコ焼きに、少し酸味の効いたソースがかかっています。鰹節粉やマヨネーズがかかっていて味はタコ焼きの味です。大きいので食べごたえがありますね。酸味の効いたソースと甘い生地とがビールによく合います。
モダン焼は、お好み焼きというより焼きそばメインのメニューです。下は広島焼き風の薄い生地、上は薄い卵焼きが乗った焼きそばですね。ソースはこちらは甘めのものがかかっています。
鳥皮甘辛揚げはパリパリに揚げた鳥皮に少し甘めの醤油味のたれで味つけられたビールのおつまみにピッタリのメニューでした。ちょっと辛めの味付けです。
追加の注文はせずにおなかも満足でお店を後にしました。
