On a business trip to Kochi, after drinking at a Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the downtown area, my usual Ramen shop was closed, so I went to Kochi Hormone, which also serves Ramen. I was full so I decided to go in even though I didn't want to eat meat. I had a draft beer. I ordered oxtail Ramen. The soup was clear and light, but it brought out the flavor of the oxtail well, and it was delicious from the first bite. It was also just the right soup for a final ramen. The noodles were medium thick. They were boiled just right and went well with the soup. The toppings were simple: oxtail meat, green onions, and white onions. I was able to enjoy delicious Ramen! Thank you for the meal!
